Flag Football
Overview
FASST Flag Football is designed to prepare athletes for the transition to tackle football by imparting fundamental skills while ensuring a fun and engaging experience. Whether in grades 1-2, 3-4, or 5-6, FASST focuses on building a strong foundation in flag football, fostering a love for the sport, and equipping young athletes with the essential skills needed as they progress in their football journey.

Week 1 (Camp)
Sunday, August 17 4:00-6:00pm
Tuesday, August 19 5:15-6:30pm
Thursday, August 21 5:15-6:30pm
Teams/schedules announced by Friday, August 22 at 9:00pm
Saturday, August 23 (practice with your team) 8:00-10:00am
Weeks 2-8
Practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15-6:30pm
Grades 1/2
Thursday evenings starting September 4 at 5:15 and 6:15pm
Grades 3/4 and 5/6
Saturday mornings starting September 6 at 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am
